Kiting Course - 4 Hours
$200 -Group Course Weekend, Max 4-1
Scheduling
•Offered almost every Saturday/Sun weather depending (see Training Calendar for dates)
• Meet at the 10th St. Jetty Island boat launch between 1:30-2pm for equipment issue. Look for our jetboats at the front dock. Map
• We ask that students be ready to go Sat or Sun as we will call the forecast by the Thursday prior.

Transportation to and from the island included
• Transport begins at 2-2:30pm Look for our Jet boats moored at the dock

Course Includes
• 4 – Instructional hours, Be prepared to stay late for the wind to come up
• All equipment provided for whatever the wind conditions call for

What to Bring
• Come prepared to be outside for that day’s weather conditions
• Suggested items to consider (Sweater/ Raincoat/ Sunscreen/ Hat/ Food & Water/ Meds)
• Wetsuit Required (4/3)– Special Student rental rates 10/day, In shop pick up only

In the event of no wind, we ask students to be available on Sunday to rescheduling or follow up.

    • Course available everyday May – Aug (by appointment, weather depending)
    • We send out a Daily Wind Forecast Email to all enrolled students. This will inform you of wind conditions and instructional spots available for the next 4-6 days. It is then the responsibility of the student to reply via email/phone to reserve a spot that day or a day in the future.
    We are in constant contact to keep all our students on call and informed of the best wind and next opportunity.

    Refund & Cancellation Policy
    A partial refund is available for incomplete courses once the season has come to an end.
    A $25 transaction fee will be retained for any refunds early cancellations. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive credit for another date. Late, last minute cancellations or no-show participants are only able to receive half credit towards another date.
