Refund & Cancellation Policy

A partial refund is available for incomplete courses, determined by instructional time completed. No Wind: Charge of 1 hour minimum $80 (on Level 2 Courses only) as it is likely we will cover some of the basics with your instructor, if not we will reschedule you at the next most available date. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive credit for another date. Late, last minute cancellations or no show will be charged $80 before a refund or credit for another course is issued.

Refund requests must be approved by school manager and are subject to a $5 processing fee.

Be Aware!

Some kiteboarding Schools operate without any formal training, insurance, or experience. These programs can put both students and riding locations access at risk. You should be able to verify both kite school and instructors current status and performance record though the internationally recognized training program registrar of the IKO.
